Not a stranger’s shop they have to navigate: an ordering page with your logo, your packages and your faculty’s notes. Three minutes from start to confirmation.
- Packages per degree
- Bachelor, Master, doctorate — gown, cap, sash or tam, at the terms we agree with you.
- Your colours, your programmes
- Sash colours per programme, selectable right in the order. Your logo on the page, your house colour as the accent.
- Sizes without back-and-forth
- Height and head circumference are enough. Anyone unsure calls us — we advise before they order.
- All common payment methods
- Advance payment, instant transfer, credit card, PayPal and Amazon Pay. Every order runs through us — your finance office stays out of it.
- Guests in the same step
- If you charge a guest contribution, your graduates book it in the same step — no second ticketing system, no list of bank transfers, no cash at the door.
- German or English
- For international cohorts the page runs in English — same order, same logistics.

- Ask how many have ordered — we tell you, broken down by degree and size. On request we report on our own, weekly and shortly before the deadline.
- Go-live when you say so
- You preview the page and release it. Going live takes minutes; the order deadline follows your calendar, not ours.
- Your faculty’s notes
- Schedule, handout location, return time, dress code — your organisational notes sit where the order happens, and they get read.
- No workload for your office
- No size lists, no collecting money, no chasing individuals. Your graduates order themselves, we handle the rest.

- From enquiry to collection, the same number and the same name — no ticket system, no hold music.
- Billing that fits your house
- Everyone pays individually, or your institution receives one collective invoice. Payment on account is available to public institutions.

- We plan with a buffer and deliberately bring extra: other sizes, spare tassels, safety pins. On the day there is no reordering.
- Collection the same evening
- Same place, agreed time, with a receipt. Anything missing we settle with the individuals — not with you.

Is your ceremony further away? Ask anyway. If on-site service is not sensible over that distance, we will say so plainly and deliver a bulk consignment to your institution instead — with name labels, sorted to your list.
