Right of withdrawal for consumers: fourteen days, no reasons required.
1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
2 Withdraw online
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” button at the bottom of every page of our shop at www.college-fashion.de. If you use this online function, we will send you without delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), an acknowledgement of receipt containing the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

4 Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
5 Return of goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
