Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of application

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers and businesses.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its trade, business or profession.

§ 2 Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with EXTRA Group GmbH, Mathes-Deutsch-Weg 24B, D-84036 Landshut, registered in the commercial register (Handelsregister) of the Landshut Local Court (Amtsgericht) under HRB 8523, Managing Director: Yeşim Küçükay.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order (an unbinding online catalogue). By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order, together with acceptance of the order, is sent immediately after submission by means of an automated email.

§ 3 Contract language, storage of contract text

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. We store the text of the contract and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the Terms and Conditions on this page at any time.

§ 4 Prices and shipping costs

The prices stated include statutory value added tax (VAT) and other price components. Any shipping costs are added. Further details on shipping costs can be found on our Payment and Shipping page.

§ 5 Delivery terms

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, goods are delivered within Germany within 2–3 business days, and for deliveries abroad within 5–7 business days following order confirmation (where payment in advance has been agreed, following the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment unless other arrangements have been agreed.

§ 6 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

The statutory provisions on the right of withdrawal apply. You can find further information in our Withdrawal Policy.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For used goods, the warranty is limited to one year from delivery of the goods. This limitation does not apply to claims for damages and reimbursement of expenses arising from injury to life, body or health for which we are responsible, nor to damage caused by grossly negligent or intentional breaches of duty.

§ 9 Applicable law

German law applies. In the case of consumers, this applies only insofar as it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
